3.2 Writing quotas are impossible for those with chronic illness

There is a lot of writing advice out there that suggests setting a daily quota for your writing, be that words, hours spent writing or number of pages filled. But when you're living with a chronic condition of some kind, be it mental health, neurodivergence or physical disability, setting such quotas is not only impossible, it could be detrimental to your long term health and ability to keep writing.
