7.1b1 saying the universe peoples is human-centric if you only consider humans people

It is not necessarily human-centric to say that the universe peoples unless you only consider human beings to be peoples.

Saying "peoples" rather than "humans" allows for the possibility that non-human people may exist somewhere out there in the vast cosmos. It even allows for the possibility that some of the other lifeforms on the Earth may even be people, and thus the fruit of the universe. Given what we know of the intelligence of primates, for example, it is certainly possible that they have sufficient consciousness to be people.
