- Similar flavours as first try but even less of the tannins
Second Brew
Two spoons in a mug

With milk
- Made a good strong brew beautiful copper colour with all the scent and flavour i noted before
- Milk mellows it out a little
- Very satisfying cuppa
- Happy to drink it either way
There are Chinese red teas I like better than this one, but this was the first red tea I was able to drink without milk. I feel like that was an important benchmark in my tea journey.
